If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our office address.

Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours once the returned product is received.

Return/Exchange charges may apply based on individual cases.

Items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.

Products should be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return/Exchange requests must be made within the specified return period (refer to the product page); otherwise, the product will not be accepted.

In Case of Customer Return, Once The Product Has Been received by Supplier the Refund is Proceed On the Next 5-7 Working Days into Your Bank Account.
